Shipping offered within the United States via USPS and UPS. Please use the “Get Shipping Quote” feature on the Shopping Cart Page for information on exact shipping charges.

Delivery

We ship every business day, Monday through Friday. Items will ship within two business days from receipt of payment. When we ship your order you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number and a link to the USPS or UPS website where you can track your shipment. In the unlikely event your item does not ship within two days of completed payment we will communicate the status to you. You will be provided the option of a 100% refund of your purchase or the date your item will ship.

Items ordered on www.quinnspepperjellies.com may not be available for immediate pickup. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

In-Person Pickup is available for customers residing in the state of Oregon. Please use the “Calculate Shipping” feature on the Shopping Cart Page and enter your Oregon state zip code to select the In-Person Pickup : 901 Edgewater Street Salem, Oregon option. There is currently no charge for In-Person Pickup orders.

In-Person Pickup is open every business day Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm PST. Please note that orders are not processed or available for pickup on Weekends or Holidays.
